If I could give 0 stars I would. After forensic state certified engineers inspected our property 2 ajusters and a building inspector declared our building needed a new roof, an attorney for our lansloard hired these guys. The appointment was set for 9. I arrived between 9:05 and 9:08. They had no ladders, and were just standing outside the building. When I introduced my self and shook their had, I offered them a ladder to save them the trouble. One of the inspectors told me “ we don’t need to talk to you” We already talked to Dan. Dan happens to be the guy that hasn’t replaced a flat roof for over 20 years, has patio stones holding down portions of the roof, and patches coming up everywhere. We also have a report of mold by another state inspector.Their 2 inspectors concluded in less than 15 min. the job was done.Good ol’ buddy network if you ask me! If this goes to court I hope they put them on the stand.I would not hire this company!

Assure did a great job installing our radon system! It was brought to our attention by our buyers that the radon levels in our home were above the safe limits. In order to close our sale, we had to have a system installed to mitigate the radon. Assure came out and gave us a quote within 24 hours. Their quote was very reasonably priced compared to competing bids. The day of the installation, the contractors showed up on time and completed the install in a very timely fashion. Assure even worked with us to pay our invoice from our closing so that we could preserve our emergency fund as much as possible. Thanks to Michelle, Ray, Dave, and Russ! Would definitely recommend your service to others.

Pretty bad experience. I’m not one to leave bad reviews I’d prefer leaving good ones. They came out to inspect my home before purchasing and either did a very lazy job or just missed a ton of damage.They missed: Large gaps in our siding and insulation, golf ball size holes in our attic/roof that allow rodents in, a clearly bad mouse problem in the basement, multiple instances of water damage in the basement. Rotting wood in the siding and bay window.Price is reasonable but only when you consider you will potentially have an extra few thousand dollars attached to any other fixes they didn’t find.

They are fairly priced. The inspector was knowledgeable and offered professional insights on how to mitigate certain concerns. He walked us through the property, both interior and exterior. He did a short slide show of pictures he took of areas of concern and explained them as thoroughly as possible. The inspection report was easy to read and understand with pictures. I would recommend them to friends and family if the need arises.

If you are buying a home, if you want to know what the home inspector will report when you are selling your home, you simply must use Assure Home Inspection services. They are experienced, efficient, knowledgeable and capable of scaling for large commercial sales or very large homes. You don't want to buy or sell property without them.

I had my new condo inspected three months ago. Because it didn't work for my mom's handicap, I'm now selling it. After my inspector left and I moved in, I discovered the intercom didn't work. Had to replace for $350. When I asked them about this, he said they didn't do "low voltage stuff." What? Now that I've moved out after two months and gotten it "ready to sell," the buyer's inspector found my fireplace has a gas leak. (All my inspector did was turn it on to see if it lit and I never used it since it was summer). This should have also been found by the inspector if he did his job. Didn't test for gas leak with simple tool (the buyer's inspector did); didn't test intercom (the buyer's inspector did); didn't tell me dryer button fell off in your hand if you touched it (and they supposedly tested the dryer). No thanks. I can go in and turn on washer, dryer, dishwasher myself. That's about all they did. I never would have bought the place with a gas leak because now they don't know if it can even be repaired and I'll have a big honking dead fireplace in the corner of the room and lose about $20,000 in resale value. I had a buyer that's now going to walk away and there was no realtor or commission involved. That's another $10000 I'll lose by having to list it.Not happy at all. Will never use them again. If you want important things actually checked, I'd call someone else.

First of all when I called Assure, I received a friendly welcome then I received my email and text to set up and remind me of my appointment, very professional. The inspection went well, the inspector friendly funny, very thorough and knowledgeable, any questions I had he was able to answer them, as well as explain the process. I would definitely recommend Assure Home Inspection just for the friendly attitude, then for the professional inspection, as I have done.

I recently scheduled a home inspection with Assure Home Inspections. Scheduling was quick and easy. John was my inspector who was friendly, yet professional and very thorough. Upon completion he reviewed with me all the areas he inspected, along with photos of each area. He pointed out areas of concern, recommended remediations, as well as areas to keep an eye on in the future. I also had a radon test done in this home. A very thorough report was provided to me later that day, which was much more than I could ever expect. I award Assure Home Inspections 5 stars and recommend them as an exceptional business who definitely makes their customers feel that they made the right decision by calling them for their home inspection and radon testing.

I would absolutely recommend Assure Home Inspection. John got right to work after introducing himself. He presented multiple areas of concern while working and answered any questions we had during his checks. He was very thorough and looked in many areas we ourselves didn't think to check. At the end of the inspection, we were presented with photos of everything he recommended repairing and explained in detail why it should be repaired and how the problem likely occurred in the first place. I'm so glad we went with Assure, I feel much more comfortable going to close knowing everything there is to know!

We would definitely recommend using Assure Home Inspection. Scheduling was prompt and simple. Sam our inspector was very thorough and professional. He found a potential plumbing issue and several other smaller things that we probably wouldn’t have found until we’d have moved into the house. The reports were sent promptly and easily shared with our lawyer and realtor. It was also nice being able to add on the Radon test and keep everything with one company.

I was buying an "as is" property and without the expert knowledge of Russ & Sam, it would have been a mistake. The inspection and report that they gave were enough for me to back out of the contract. They had serious concerns over a few items that the seller would not fix. Everything from their inspection, pictures & suggestions for the minor fixes was so appreciated. I recently had the pleasure of using Assure for inspection of two properties. Russ was absolutely outstanding! He was very detailed and took time to answer all of my silly questions! I learned so much about the care and maintenance of my new home from Russ. You rarely experience this level of customer service any more. One both occasions, I requested an inspection and had appointments for the very next day. This level of responsiveness is critical when buying a new home. My husband and I needed a home inspection on three separate apartment buildings. Russ and his team were on time and very thorough. They did a extremely good job and found a lot of hidden issues that I could not see with my naked eye.The home inspection reports that we received afterwards were very detailed and extremely informative. The report was very honest stating that some of the items were at building code at the time of construction but now need to be updated due to the new codes. Also within the report there were certain items that had defects but didn't need to be replaced immediately and other items that needed immediate attention.I highly recommend them! Plus their prices are very reasonable considering the hours that they spent in the units.

I contacted assure home inspection, after being present at my son’s home inspection a year ago. I knew that John S. Had been thorough and knowledgeable in completing that inspection. The same was true of the inspection he recently completed for our town home purchase. He’s personable, thorough, and very knowledgeable. I would rate our experience a five, but there was one thing missed at the end (loose porch post) and when we both became aware of it, he immediately added it to our inspection as it is a safety matter. Great overall experience and I will call them soon for my existing home to help us prep for selling! 😊

We were referred to Home Assure by a family member who recently used them. John was the inspector we worked with and did a thorough job during our home inspection. He took his time, answered our questions and left no stone unturned. The entire process took a little under 2 hours for a 1,400 sq/ft home as well as the garage. We were very happy with the organization of the report we received the next morning. Home Assure even reached out to provide us a free estimate for radon mitigation.
