The Professional Leaders in Home Inspection Services
At Assure Home Inspection, our professional home inspectors carefully investigate homes to look for issues or warning signs for current or future problems that our clients need to know about before moving forward. Owner Russ Weigal is highly experienced in the housing industry, having built and rehabilitated homes for many years before starting his career as a home inspector. Russ’s vision for top-quality inspections and excellent customer service is shared by each of his associate inspectors:
John Midkiff has over 40 years of experience in manufacturing, mechanical engineering, building maintenance, and project management—areas of work that have given him valuable hands-on experience with various building materials and a wide range of mechanical systems.
Randy Boyd started his career in drafting and architectural design before transitioning to become a licensed home inspector. Randy also spent over 5 years in the roofing industry, developing a keen eye for defective roofing materials that could lead to leaks and impact the overall integrity of a home.
