Bassam “Sam” Yasen
Bassam Yasen loves to help families learn what to expect from a home so that they don’t get themselves in too deep without first assessing the risks and brainstorming the ways to reduce them. Bassam is English/Arabic bilingual.

Bassam holds a Bachelors of Science Degree in Information Technology from LaRoche College.
Justin Green
Justin started his career as a carpenter contractor framing houses while in college. During this time he worked his way from a laborer to a foreman learning building construction and how the different mechanical systems operate in the home. In 2008, he began his career as a firefighter/paramedic. As a InterNACHI® Certified Professional Inspector, he continues to further his building construction knowledge in the fire service along with safe practices in home safety.

Harold worked in construction for 10 years prior to starting his own business-Preferred Business Publications and Top Down Home Inspection in Manhattan, IL. He is a meticulous home inspector who understands the extreme importance of an accurate and reliable home inspection report. Harold is adept at developing detailed findings and connecting with clients to provide peace of mind in the home buying experience.
